Barbie and OMG dolls are classified as a 1:6 inch scale. Basically this means they measure around 12 inches tall or roughly 30cm tall. The scale refers to how small something has been shrunk and is used to describe the size of the play items. Most dollhouse furniture you can buy in department stores are sized at 1:12 scale which means they are too small for Barbie and OMG.
